OverviewThis Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting the providers with patient care including facilitating patient flow candidate is responsible, rooming patients, obtaining history and chief complaint, assisting with biopsies and select surgical procedures. This team is looking for a friendly, polite, tactful, and professional person who is able to communicate well and is respectful of patients and co-workers.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting physician with procedures
  • Obtaining medical history and evaluations
  • Documenting patient information
  • Explaining procedures and follow-up care
  • Other activities as needed physicians and team
Qualifications and Skills
  • AAMA, CMA, NCCT NCMA, and/or AMT RMA certification and two years clinical experience in Medical Practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years clinical experience in Dermatology preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and ability to handle patient confidentiality
  • Ability to work well as a part of a team
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 Hourly
