As a Customer Service Representative Sales Insurance Agent at Florida One Insurance, your day begins with an energizing review of your agenda, diving into scheduled client calls and essential follow-up tasks. You'll kick off by scanning emails and voicemails to address urgent client needs and company updates. Engaging with clients is your primary focus, whether through inbound or outbound calls where you showcase and explain our diverse range of insurance products.
