As a Customer Service Representative Sales Insurance Agent at Florida One Insurance, your day begins with an energizing review of your agenda, diving into scheduled client calls and essential follow-up tasks. You'll kick off by scanning emails and voicemails to address urgent client needs and company updates. Engaging with clients is your primary focus, whether through inbound or outbound calls where you showcase and explain our diverse range of insurance products. You'll assess each client's needs and craft tailored solutions that ensure they receive the coverage they require. Handling inquiries about policies, processing new applications, and assisting with changes or renewals keeps your day dynamic.

You'll also update client records, track sales metrics, and follow up on leads to seize every opportunity.
