Key Responsibilities
- Grant Compliance: Guide clients on post-award compliance, manage reporting, ensure alignment with regulations (2 CFR 200, etc.).
- Telecom Regulations: Stay current on federal/state rules, prepare filings, represent clients with agencies.
- Client Support: Build strong relationships, provide guidance, create educational resources.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, etc. for seamless grant activities.
- Research & Communication: Research rural broadband rules, create presentations/advisories.
- Initiative: Take on additional duties to support the department's goals.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications:
- 5-7 years experience in grant management, compliance, and telecom regulations.
- Expertise in post-award grant compliance (2 CFR 200).
- Deep knowledge of telecom rules (FCC, USAC, PUC/PSC).
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication.
- Proficient in MS Office, SmartSheets, Adobe.
- Organized and able to handle multiple grants in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship-builder, independent worker, collaborative, problem-solver.
- Growth mindset, positive approach to diverse teams.
