We are in need of an Accounts Payable Specialist. As such you will be crucial in ensuring that our Vendor Invoices/Credits are posted/reconciled accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our Vendors and internal staff to maintain organized records. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, great communication, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities Include:

- Verify received items and post Vendor Invoices

- Reconcile and pay all Vendors / Vendor Statements

- Credit card entry and tracking

- Communicate with our Vendors to identify and correct errors

- New and existing Vendor entry and account maintenance

- Insurance and W-9 verification

- Miscellaneous data entry
