JOB SUMMARY:

Create and maintain all Woodharbor product catalogs and sales aids, in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales department. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including social media, company website, blogs or email.

2. Computer / Software programs

3. InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud software

4. 2020 Design software

5. Hubspot software

6. Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) and others

7. General office equipment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Create and maintain all Woodharbor product catalogs utilizing InDesign software

2. Design eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics and more using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign programs

3. Assist in development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, website, blogs and video, etc.)

4. Create engaging visual content and copy to support the company’s branding and marketing initiatives

5. Work closely with Marketing teams to understand project requirements and ensure design deliverables meet objectives

6. Provide creative input and collaborate with Marketing teams on marketing strategies

7. Perform basic marketing tasks such as copywriting, email marketing (SFDC) and social media management as needed

8. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices within the marketing industry

9. Provide 2020 Catalog Support to dealers and catalog proofing

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform other administrative tasks for general business operations

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

  • AA or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field /or/ 2+ year experience in a marketing or design role, preferably within an in-house marketing team
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign)
  • Experience with Hubspot and 2020 Design software
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout and design principles
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Technologically Savvy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
