HELM Solutions is actively searching for a Commerical Roofing District Sales Manager for one of our great clients

Location: This leadership role is a work from your home office based in Georgia leading sales reps in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Roofing District Sales Manager to lead our clients sales efforts across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and building long-term relationships with key clients in the commercial roofing industry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the sales team across NC, SC, GA, and TN, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve regional sales goals.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional development.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders in the commercial roofing industry.
Account Management:
  • Oversee key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Implement and utilize CRM tools and other sales technologies to enhance sales productivity and reporting.
Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory.
Preferred Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience working with contractors, architects, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
