As a District Manager at Wendy's Griffin, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities for your team members.

Qualifications:
  • **Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent**: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • **Minimum Four Years of Restaurant Industry Experience**: A minimum of four years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in management and leadership roles.
  • **Strong Supervision and Staff Management Skills**: Excellent supervision and staff management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • **Fluency in English**: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and leadership teams.
  • **Professional Appearance and Demeanor**: A professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions.
  • **Ability to Lift Moderate Weight**: The ability to lift moderate weight and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • **ServSafe Certification and Financial Reporting Experience**: ServSafe certification and financial reporting experience preferred, but not required.
