Job Summary:

Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for engaging and building relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and ultimately selling vehicles to meet sales targets. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with potential for a high salary in the competitive auto industry. The position is located in ACTON, Massachusetts.

Compensation & Benefits:

40 HOUR WORK WEEK

NO SUNDAYS



- Competitive salary and bonus ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, paid weekly

Responsibilities:

- Engage and build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide outstanding customer service
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of different vehicles
- Qualify customers and guide them through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and trade-ins
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership
- Consistently follow up with customers to maintain relationships and provide post-sale assistance
- Stay current with product knowledge, features, and benefits of all vehicles offered by Colonial Chevrolet of Acton
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall dealership goals and objectives

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive sales is a plus
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
