FIELD COORDINATOR | ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Work directly with Operations Manager to support all field service specific administrative needs.

• Maintain records and track all EWI and client required training and certifications.

• Facilitate EWI and client required trainings, physicals, tests and certifications on required schedule (EX. CPR, Fit Tests, etc.).

• Manage inventory and procurement of any/all field specific PPE, supplies, and other required inventory.

• Manage and procure team uniforms and necessary apparel in conjunction with company-wide support team.

• Provide baseline technical support for EWI equipment, programs and applications to our field teams.

• Provide in-the-moment communication, equipment, and supply support for emergency response projects and team.

• Other duties as needed.

FIELD COORDINATOR | COMPETENCIES

• Ability to provide in-office and occasional in-the-field administrative support.

• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of personality types and communication styles.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite/Programs – Teams experience is a plus.

FIELD COORDINATOR | EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• English – Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.

• Some administrative experience preferred.

FIELD COORDINATOR | POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

• This is a full-time position; typical work hours are 8a – 5p Monday through Friday.

• On-call may be required for emergency response support

• Overtime may be required for Emergency Response Support


FIELD COORDINATOR | WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This job is primarily in an office setting, however, on-site project support will be needed as directed by the Operations Manager.

• All employees, in office and in the field, are required to follow safety standard and wear all necessary PPE in designated areas.

FIELD COORDINATOR | PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• This job requires in-office and in the field support. Largely this role is sedentary, however the employee will be required to lift/move 30+ pounds when necessary.

PAY RANGE

$21.00 - $24.00/Hour
