Here’s what you’ll be doing:
You are partnering with small and medium-sized businesses and selling the experience of ScentAir's industry-leading scent marketing products. You’ll be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals by securing new client appointments, successfully building a sales pipeline through continuous, ongoing prospecting, and building programs to meet client needs. Strategies to accomplish monthly goals include but are not limited to daily calls, emails, virtual meetings, and onsite visits with clients.
Here’s how you’ll be doing it:
- Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities via the phone, web, and onsite visits
- Meet or exceed prospecting activity requirements
- Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative sales environment
- Prepare for client appointments by executing client research, tailoring sales materials, and leveraging available resources
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while remaining intensely focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods
- Utilize Salesforce CRM as a key tool to support your success and update its database daily/weekly
- Stay current on product updates to ensure understanding of use in customer business applications
The skills you bring to the table:
- New account generation is your thing
- You can create and execute a territory management plan
- You’re all about solution selling and creating value for our clients
- Tech-savvy; you know your way around a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- You take the initiative to develop personally and professionally and need little supervision
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work individually and in a team environment
- The ability to thrive throughout change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
The background you have:
- You’ve got 2+ years of field sales experience
- A track record of achievement in selling B2B products and services
- A BA/BS degree from a college or university is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and automobile insurance

Your mandate is to continue to send this message throughout Australia to any businesses that want to break through mundane marketing practices and recognize that adding fragrance is a unique and extremely viable marketing tool.
We accomplish this by working in specified, protected territories with phone calls and follow-ups. The last steps are to set the appointments and close the sale. The results speak for itself
