Lead, manage, and hold team of 4 marketers accountable to initiatives.

Collaborate with CEO and other stakeholders to build out an execute a marketing vision by aggregating inputs and devising a cohesive plan.

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, events, and web.

Develop marketing strategies for both divisions of the company: residential and commercial.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.

Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Lead with the company core values of accountability, discipline, passion, trustworthiness, and customer centric.

Manage vendor relationships.

Background in solar energy industry.

Experience with Salesforce.
5+ years of experience in marketing in the solar energy industry or parallel household industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.)

Experience with creating and designing B2C campaigns.

3 years of experience in leadership.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (degree requirement can be replaced by experience).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
