Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Aggregate, analyze and present data from multiple sources
  • Data entry and data management
  • Technical administration
  • Support processing action tasks
  • Quality control and monitoring
  • Develop reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Produce written products such as memoranda, presentations, and correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to task activities from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 3 years of relevant post-baccalaureate professional experience directly related to the task activities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of web-based and commercial off-the-shelf data management software packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to aggregate, analyze and present data gathered from multiple sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), must have advanced skills in Excel such as vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.
  • Ability to develop reports, correspondence and presentations, MS Word documents, and Power Point presentations.
  • Knowledge of Head Start programs highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and produce high quality written products such as memoranda, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Work well with non-technical team members.
