Cannae HR Solutions provides a range of HR-related consulting and operational services to corporate clients. In this role, you will work as part of a client-oriented team delivering our services. While this job is remote, we would like the candidate located in the Atlanta metropolitan area to facilitate training and occasional live client meetings.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to learn and deliver the full-gamut of HR functional services.

Responsibilities will depend on your experience and skills but include:

  • Completing competitive analyses of compensation and benefit programs
  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Running Payroll
  • Benefits administration
  • Analyzing company financial statements
  • Performance management and offboarding
  • Preparing client reports
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution

Key Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+years of work experience in a consulting environment is a plus
  • 3+years of work experience in a corporate-hr environment
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
