Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. This role will focus on building relationships, developing in-depth knowledge of the business, and aligning organizational goals across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR liaison for assigned business units.
- Cultivate relationships with leaders and employees to build trust and serve as their primary touchpoint.
- Provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
