The salary range is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 (DOE) including benefits and an achievable bonus program.


The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate closely with our celebrity Chef. The ideal candidate will bring polished service, a guest-first mentality, and above-average wine knowledge to our establishment.

Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess a proven record of accomplishment in restaurant management, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. A passion for California cuisine, advanced wine knowledge, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities: The Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring impeccable service standards and prioritizing guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating with kitchen staff, managing inventory, training, and mentoring employees, addressing guest feedback promptly, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.

Additional Requirements: Candidates must have a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy objects. Serve Safe certificate required.
