Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ConnectWise PM Manage Administrator to join our team in a contract-to-hire role. As an expert in ConnectWise, you will be responsible for the administration, customization, configuration, and setup of ConnectWise features and workflows. You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers to optimize ConnectWise to meet business needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer ConnectWise to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Customize, configure, and set up features and workflows within ConnectWise based on business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ConnectWise implementation and usage.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate ConnectWise with other systems and applications.
  • Stay updated on ConnectWise updates, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with the ConnectWise platform.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into ConnectWise solutions.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems such as OpsRamp.
  • Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring ConnectWise features, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with system upgrades and piloting end-users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ConnectWise.
  • Ability to assess the ConnectWise environment and configuration process flow from PMO to support/ticketing to billing, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills to relay information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
