- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the region.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
- Use sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and product performance.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wound care or medical device industry.
- In-depth knowledge of post-acute wound care products and the healthcare market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Frequent travel within the assigned region is required.
- The role may involve attending patient care settings to provide product support and demonstrations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer requirements.
