Essential Functions (ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES):Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets.

Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of distributors, and 1099 sales representatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance the sales team’s effectiveness.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including post-acute care facilities, long-term care centers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to customers to understand their needs and promote product solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.

Market Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the region.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
  • Use sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and product performance.
Qualifications:Experience
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wound care or medical device industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of post-acute wound care products and the healthcare market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
