Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Midwest Region by managing and owning all aspects of sales and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and penetrate new and existing accounts to grow revenue in the assigned region.
  • Oversee a team of 3 sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturers' representatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to customer sites to meet with key decision-makers and provide technical support and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of technical account management/sales experience selling power solutions, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of selling and supporting high-tech accounts in the industrial and medical markets.
  • Experience working with manufacturers' reps and distribution channels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-departmental customer support teams and partnerships.
