Business Development Manager

At Ole Mexican Foods, INC, we strive to create authentic eating experiences for families. As a Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Sales Representatives within your assigned geography.
The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with key retailers, Independent Operators, and other stakeholders. They will be responsible for delivering on company sales objectives and key performance indicators within the assigned geography.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key retailers and Independent Operators
- Delivering on company sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Selling and creating displays to increase sales and exposure to Ole brands
- Implementing shelf schematics and planograms
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Retail Sales and/or Account Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) is also required. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred but not a requirement. Willingness to travel is necessary.
