Field Services Coordinator - Your Job Duties:

You will work alongside the Scheduling and Coordination Manager with field services coordination and customer scheduling:

  • Schedule coordination with customers and vendors within software system
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for field technicians
    • Researching and booking airline travel
    • Researching and booking car rentals
    • Researching and reserving hotels for field techs
    • Communicating any changes to reservations, flight delays, and other changes needed that are either initiated by the field techs, changes as a result of the job schedule or weather
  • Ensure that all invoices for travel arrangements are obtained and filed
  • Assist with coordinating and planning company events and meetings

Because we are a small office we all chip in, so you may also have other duties such as greeting customers, answering the phones, ordering supplies, etc.

Field Services Coordinator - Required Skills, Experience & Fit with Our Team

You Have:

  • Stellar customer service when communicating with customers, vendors, and field techs
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment, and communicate schedule changes immediately
  • Ability to adapt to sudden changes and solve problems
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel (Using multi-tab spreadsheets, light formulas, filters)

Field Services Coordinator - Desired, Not Required

  • A background in construction, service coordination, or dispatching
  • Experience using Service Coordination or Dispatching software

This role is based out of our office in Diamond Springs and is 100% in office role. Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (schedule can be flexible).

Compensation $22.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
