The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for generating sales opportunities and supporting the sales team by engaging with potential and existing customers. This role is an Inside Sales position that involves responding to customer inquiries, managing leads, setting appointments, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

With many years of experience in residential and commercial roofing, there is no job too big or too small. Our staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always available. We do our best to make sure our client's mind is at ease and all issues are resolved quickly and to their satisfaction. Giving customers a proper roof and ensuring that their roof lasts a lifetime is a job for trained and experienced professionals, and Infinite Roofing GC LLC is more than up to the task. Our catalog of roofing services gives customers in Prosper and the surrounding areas access to everything they need to keep their homes fully protected from the elements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Management:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with current information.

2. Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure optimal scheduling.

3. Customer Engagement:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate interest and provide information about our products and services.
  • Follow up with customers after initial contact to maintain engagement and answer any questions.

4. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on lead conversion rates, appointment schedules, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving processes and strategies based on data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
