The Role - Office Management - Part-time

This part-time position consists of office management and administrative work, primarily focusing on supporting the Human Resources Department and office personnel. Responsibilities include performing various clerical and administrative tasks to support onsite office operations. The duties include scanning and sorting mail for virtual distribution, coordinating the scheduling of conference room reservations, maintaining an adequate level of inventory of office supplies, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring the office is tidy and organized. This position will need to support and assist with employee engagement events at the office and/or elsewhere, as needed.

This position supports an average of 5+ hours per week and requires flexibility and the ability to conduct work onsite. It is also responsible for running errands to procure supplies, banking, post office, and other incidental office or event needs Qualified candidates need to be available for short weekly virtual meetings. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, and have administrative support experience.

This position will report directly to EOS Worldwide's HR Director.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Mail distribution/sorting
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and procure supplies as needed
  • Scan, email, and file documents (in the office and in the cloud)
  • Conference room calendar management
  • Assist with event planning
  • Hosting/assisting with team events on-site
  • Organize and maintain a tidy office
  • Banking as needed
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Other job duties as assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft/G-Suite applications

  • Familiarity working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is preferred

Location: Birmingham, MI office

Job Type: Part-Time, non-exempt

Compensation: $18.50 - $19.50 hourly rate. This position requires a couple of trips to the office and an average of 5+ hours per week.
