All departments are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders as necessary, helping in all areas of the department, maintaining a clean and functioning work area, and communicating diligently with coworkers and management.

Position: Engraving Operator

An Engraving Operator is responsible for operating UV and fiber lasers to engrave custom products for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review designs submitted with orders and transfer them to engraving software
  • Identify correct products and personalizations based on orders
  • Operate lasers and troubleshoot for machine errors and quality
  • Assist with packaging as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures to safely operate machinery
  • Ability to use computers and software to operate machines
  • Experience in design software, LightBurn and/or EZCAD preferred

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
  • Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers
