Requirements

1+ years of experience preferred

Job Duties and details:
  • Answer incoming phone calls from managed clients
  • Provide World Class Customer Service
  • Address IT issues
  • Document diligent notes in the company software
  • Communicate excellently with customers, internal team members, and other departments
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Occasional after hours work
  • Overtime-eligible position
Priority Technical Skills:
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and business applications
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Office Apps, Teams)
  • TCP/IP networking comfort
  • Concepts of basic computer hardware
  • Proficiency in ConnectWise software stack preferred, but not necessary.
Important Non-Tech Skills:
  • Creative troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Personality is service oriented and friendly
  • Always communicate clearly on phone calls
  • Write clear and detailed descriptions of work completed
  • Handle a workload that shifts often with quick changes in priority
  • Adapt quickly to a company that is growing quickly and can change at a moment's notice
  • Respond quickly to internal communication
  • Work within customer applications and speak to the vendors (hardware, software, ISP, etc)
