  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with clients, all levels of management, vendors, and tenants/unit owners.
  • Be a highly motivated service-oriented self-starter.
  • Superior written and oral skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and training skills.
  • Solid understanding of property operations and budget/financial management.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • Be a team player.
  • Affordable & market rate experience.
  • Ability to network and assist with marketing efforts.
  • CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of industry software systems, preferably Yardi.
