Job Description:
Innovative Pest Control is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborating closely with a team, you will oversee daily duties, manage client inquiries, and improve overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
The following are the responsibilities:
- Managing daily tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
- Assisting in managing appointments and scheduling pest control services
- Maintaining accurate and organized client records in our database
- Assist in revising customer service training program.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing (Accounts Receivable).
- Preparing reports and presentations as needed for management
- Helping maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Providing support to technicians in the field as necessary
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Must have proven experience in office administration, customer service, and payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with customer support experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt is a must.
