**Job Position:** Customer Care Specialist

**Department:** Marketing

**Job summary:**

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for managing incoming calls, registering and maintaining a customer database. The specialist is responsible for managing customer complaints, addressing them and returning feedback, he is also responsible for managing leads. He / She will work closely within the Marketing department and with the Sales department. The specialist receives day-to-day tasks from the Customer Care Supervisor and is willing to contribute to the performance of the work and increase customer satisfaction, and consequently increase the image of the company.

**Main job tasks and responsibilities:**

* Opens, registers and maintains the database of calling customers (incoming calls);

* Receives all complaints and requests for information, addresses them to the department / responsible persons and re-contacts the client for a response;

* Respond to all comments on the Social Media for the projects assigned to him/her;

* Manage leads from the moment they are generated until they are delegated to the relevant department;

* Manages considerable amounts of calls;

* Develop various reports related to their work;

* Carry out a survey by phone;

* Manages outgoing calls;

* Chat support through electronic platforms;

* Data entry in relevant systems;

**Working Experience:**

* Have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.

**Other Qualifications**:

* Have experience in customer care, call center or contact center;

* Very good call management skills, especially problematic ones;

* Have experience in active listening;

* Have experience in CRM systems and related practices;

* Very good knowledge of using Excel;

* Very good knowledge of using PowerPoint;

* Ability to orient and adapt to different types of clients;

* Excellent communication and presentation skills;

* Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously;

* University diploma;

* Very good knowledge of Albanian and English. Other languages ??have an advantage;

* Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and workload.
