PCG Consulting group is a dynamic and innovative technology-driven organization that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. We have partnered with Deloitte and are looking for Senior Level HR Operations Support.


In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing our HR Operations processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enhancing processes, conducting training sessions, and implementing systems to measure and improve performance.

Requirements:

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

  • Compile comprehensive SOPs to ensure consistent execution of HR Operations processes.
  • Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in policies, regulations, and organizational needs.

Process Enhancement:

  • Evaluate existing HR Operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Enhance processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and overall service delivery.

Training and Excellence:

  • Conduct training sessions for HR Operations teams to foster excellence in service delivery.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support continuous learning and development.

Templated Communications:

  • Design and implement templated communications to streamline service delivery in various scenarios.
  • Ensure communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.

Compliance Checks:

  • Establish a streamlined system for ongoing compliance checks of personnel files.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address compliance issues promptly and effectively.

Service Metrics:

  • Develop and implement HR Operations Service Metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR Operations processes.

Reporting Dashboards:

  • Construct intuitive Reporting Dashboards for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Provide insights to leadership based on data trends and metrics.

Communication Channels:

  • Document in-take channels for effective communication and feedback related to HR Operations.
  • Implement systems to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and feedback.

Resource Models:

  • Design HR Operations/Resource Models to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR Operations, process improvement, and training.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and personnel file management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in creating reporting dashboards and utilizing HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective communication channels.
