Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations in support of the sales team management.
  • Understand road map expectations and constantly update management on opportunities associated with weekly and monthly business objectives.
  • Monitor the industry and identify market trends to anticipate business opportunities.
  • Acquire specialized knowledge of MRO Services as designated.
  • Manage the overall customer communication to ensure consistency and provide a focal point to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with various internal departments.
  • Prepare monthly financials and detailed analysis.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree desired.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Must have at least 7 years’ specialized knowledge of various airframe materials for all teardown assets.
  • Specialization with Airbus and Boeing products.
  • Must be proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
  • Attention to detail is imperative.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk.
  • Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
  • May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 10lbs.
