Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:
- Adopt a customer-centric approach, promoting personalized interactions instead of mass email campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand relationships with existing customers and generate new business in the SaaS, manufacturing, and real estate industries.
- Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
- Present proposals related to human resources, organizational development, and recruitment, negotiating terms with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales or account management, preferably in the recruitment sector or similar.
- Deep knowledge of the SaaS, manufacturing industries including trends, technologies, and key challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven, with a proactive attitude to succeed in a competitive and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.

- Commission-based, with compensation tied to achievements and specific goals.
