Title of Position: Shift Manager

Job Description: Our Shift Manager must work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and verifying temperature of products. Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart, when required. Normal job function requires bending, twisting, and standing for prolonged periods of time. It is necessary to speak, read and comprehend instructions, sort correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English. Even more importantly, the Shift Manager must have the personality and skill set to teach and treat team members with respect and kindness while leading through example and confidence.

Qualifications:

The Shift Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years

A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Shift Manager
