The Kitchen Manager will keep our restaurant clean and well run, manage the day-to-day operations, and lead the kitchen staff. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures, and programs and motivating staff.
Responsibilities:
- Own It by checking the quantity and quality of received products.
- Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation.
- Instruct cooks or other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food.
- Show Excellence in preparing and cooking food of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Ensure food items are prepared according to Company Standards
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all OSHA Guidelines.
- Own it by practicing Safe Food Handling
- Maintaining Food storage.
- Receiving, rotating, and stocking food
- Development of all Assistant Kitchen managers and hourly associates
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
- Manage kitchen staff, ensuring all duties are fulfilled.
- Ensure all health standards for the kitchen are met.
- Oversee all maintenance of equipment and kitchen environment
- Support retail team and leadership team
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Courage to monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Show Respect when receiving complaints and resolving problems.
- Show Excellence by ensuring great customer service at all levels.
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
- Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience leading a kitchen team.
- Excellence with management, organizational, and planning skills.
- The ability to anticipate problems and make contingency plans.
- Spirit showing great interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexible and approachable by using Respect
- Proven experience as a manager or other relevant supervisory role.
