Safety personnel are tasked with monitoring activities, adhering to all safety protocols, and ensuring that no unlawful actions take place. This role involves alerting management to any concerns related to the venue and events occurring on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own it by conducting regular patrols of company premises and parking areas to oversee the behavior of guests, staff, and other individuals, deterring theft, vandalism, disturbances, and unauthorized access to restricted zones.
- Demonstrate Excellence by confirming that all areas requiring security are properly locked and secured.
- Respond to alarms and disturbances with Spirit and vigilance.
- Address rule violations by warning individuals and, when necessary, escorting or removing offenders from the premises with Respect.
- Contact emergency services in critical situations.
- Maintain a detailed log of patrols and communicate any incidents or areas of concern to the appropriate management.
- Prepare a comprehensive nightly security report for venue management.
- Serve as a first responder in emergencies, demonstrating ownership of the situation.
- Exhibit Courage by being adaptable to perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A strong customer service orientation.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent observation and monitoring capabilities.
- Courage to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Practical experience with safety and security protocols.
- Effective communication skills, embodying Spirit.
- Exceptional time-management skills.
- Basic first aid knowledge is advantageous.
