Key Duties:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of Volleyball techniques and strategies, whether as a coach, player, or official.
• Demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship at all times.
• Enforcing adherence to game regulations among all participants.
• Fostering a safe, equitable, and enjoyable atmosphere for league competitors.
• Administering penalties when necessary to uphold game standards.
• Addressing player concerns and escalating issues to management when appropriate.
• Executing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Volleyball rules and guidelines.
• Confidence and decisiveness in making calls to ensure the smooth progression of games.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
• Capability to stand for extended durations.
• Comfort with public speaking in front of groups.
