As a GEOINT Imagery Analyst, you will amplify information, producing standard NGA Imagery analysis products and effectively collaborate with NSG, ASG, IC, and other organizations to enhance collection, research, analysis, and product generation processes. You will provide imagery analysis against targets utilizing a variety of platforms to locate, identify, characterize, and monitor strategic, operational, and tactical targets to support the creation of GEOINT media and collateral imagery products. Your primary objective is to provide strategic context from geospatial developments and create comprehensive assessments regarding situational awareness for decision-makers. Through meticulous research, you’ll construct a foundation of understanding by identifying critical features, anomalies, and patterns pertaining to weapon proliferation that impact National Security. You will analyze data from a variety of sources, scanning for signs of potential threats or disquieting activities, including identifying facilities of interest, surveilling ambiguous construction efforts or mobilization of equipment, discerning changes to infrastructure in target AOI’s, and monitoring and assessing any notable change. Additionally, you will identify technology gaps in capabilities and processes and provide expert advice on technical matters to support Anticipatory and Strategic Intelligence for counterproliferation, counterterrorism, current operations, and counterintelligence efforts.

Requirements:
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Must have at least 3 years of related experience AND Associate’s degree / 2 years of experience AND Bachelor’s degree / 5 years of experience (no degree)
  • Must have SAR, EO, LIDAR, HSI, etc. experience
  • Experience with strategic and theater GEOINT analysis
  • National Technical Means (NTM) experience
  • Experience conducting first phase imagery analysis
  • Understanding and/or experience of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and the methodologies
  • Imagery exploitation and intelligence research and production experience
  • Experience using SoftCopy Keys, ArcGIS, RemoteView, SOCET GXP
