This position reports to Division Director of Supported Living and Clinical Services.
Location: Mount Prospect, IL
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday from 8AM-4PM.
Salary: $70K-$75K

Responsibilities:
- To provide leadership, oversight, and management of the Behavioral Health Clinic.
- To ensure compliance with HFS and Medicaid rules and regulations governing behavioral health clinic services.
- To execute effective case consultations, assessments, and treatment.
- To ensure accurate and timely completion of program documentation including but not limited to annual reports, assessments, and progress reports.
- Knowledge of social work/counseling treatment modalities, computer word processing skills, time management skills, and the field of mental illness and intellectual disabilities.
- To provide oversight to the BHC, and ensure proper staffing levels within budgeted resources as well as Search best practices.
- Actively manages assigned quality assurance goals and quality enhancement goals to ensure progress and forward momentum.
- Participates in on-call duties as scheduled.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Unrestricted, permanent licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
- Certified in IM+CANS
- Leadership skills and experience in clinical supervision
- Ability to communicate and work with individuals of various needs and abilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- A passion for mental health and intellectual disabilities
