Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and innovative Remote Social Branding and Web Marketing Manager to join our client's team in the Social Branding/Web Marketing Industry. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to build and manage positive online presence and reputation for individuals or organizations while collaborating with internal teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance online presence and reputation across various digital platforms.
  • Manage Quality Control, Reputation Management, and various tasks aligned with these goals for multiple digital properties.
  • Monitor and analyze online content across social media, search engines, blogs, communities, and consumer forums.
  • Implement strategies to amplify positive online content and mitigate the impact of negative feedback.
  • Investigate and respond to criticisms or negative comments on social media and online forums in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate weekly/monthly reviews and team performance reporting of online content.
  • Lead crisis management and reputation management efforts, addressing any negative publicity or issues.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support branding and PR initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of branding and PR efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Research and recommend new sources for improvement of processes and websites.
  • Document processes and cultivate relationships with potential clients and customers.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, social branding, and public relations, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and narratives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective branding and PR strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and metrics to measure the success of branding and PR efforts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
