Position Overview: Skyscraper Insurance Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of the company. As an integral member of the executive team, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in facilitating the President's day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

- Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. - Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the President when appropriate. - Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.

Communication and Liaison:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other executives. - Communicate effectively and professionally on behalf of the President, conveying messages accurately and efficiently. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, representing the President and the company in a positive and professional manner.

Project Management:

- Assist the President in managing various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to support project execution and implementation. - Track progress, monitor milestones, and provide regular updates to the President and relevant stakeholders.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. - Maintain confidentiality regarding the President's activities, decisions, and communications.

Miscellaneous Tasks:

- Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the President, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Act as a liaison between the President and other departments within the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
