Location: Columbia, MD
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact between the customer and the company, providing real-time service, as well as post-installation technical support.
- Schedule service appointments utilizing software for selecting appropriate technician and documenting any travel required.
- Provide customer feedback to management to continuously improve the customer/end user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and assisting them to a satisfactory resolution.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 Years Customer Service
- 1-Year of Troubleshooting over the phone preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills (minimum typing of 35 wpm) including email, web applications, etc.
- Scheduling
- Team Player
- Microsoft Office
- Listening
- Ability to make an Impact.
- An Enthusiastic Attitude
- A Great Telephone Personality, including professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
- Technical aptitude is a must.
- Attention to detail, focus, and a sense of urgency.
