The Job

We’re looking for a full-time/fully remote Sr. Marketing Project Manager (PM). This role is the quarterback for our client-facing teams and a seasoned marketing professional who will also help steer the development of project management strengths within the teams. This Sr. PM is the driving force who delivers an exceptional level of service performance, where every detail is smoothly taken care of so that our clients enjoy a remarkable experience while achieving great business results.


As the Sr. Marketing Project Manager, your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic and tactical, setting an example for the internal teams. You’ll contribute to the various program strategies and guide the team to manage client relationships and programs. You’ll manage budgets, direct related spending, and monitor resources in project lifecycles while driving prioritization and organization actions across the team.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Provide solid expertise to leverage team ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and key timelines for projects from planning through the production of marketing, strategy, enablement, and content deliverables
  • Serve as the visible and action-oriented champion to day-to-day team operations to drive project timelines, achieve established milestones and daily/weekly status goals, address potential risks/roadblocks and advise on solutions, and adjustments to project plans and/or resources to meet priority needs

  • Serve in a pivotal role to advance outside partner resource relationships in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Contribute to the creation of team project schedules and budgets from scratch, and advise on current resource capacity and capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of project management experience with increasing advisory responsibilities in marketing, creative operations, production, or similar senior project management role
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Google G-Suite, including Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Wrike, Monday, ClickUp, or other project management tools experience a plus
