Responsibilities:- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- A valid real estate license is required
- Willingness to make calls to potential buyers and sellers each week. The expectation is a minimum of 10 two-way conversations per day
- Enthusiastic and personable with a can-do attitude
- Hungry to learn and coachable
- The competitive nature is very helpful
- Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area
