As a Commercial Lines Insurance CSR/Agent/Account Manager, your responsibilities will include processing endorsements, remarketing of current customers,writing new business, answering phones, making courtesy calls, taking payments, re-quoting and cross-selling existing accounts, and answering client questions.
We offer two shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 8:00AM to 5:00PM late shift also available
Minimum Qualifications:
  • P&C license with at least 2 years of experience
  • Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
  • Proficient with windows computers, Carrier Raters, Windows 10, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and people skills
  • Positive attitude and industrious mindset
