About This Role

As a Data Sales Executive on our team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the sales targets and revenue performance of Crexi's Intelligence product. Your responsibilities will include exceeding established activity and revenue metrics, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and the Business Intelligence teams to understand our demand user base and target potential customers effectively
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven sales or comparable experience
  • General understanding of the CRE demand audience (Appraisers, Lenders, Principals, etc.)
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
