Position Overview

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Manager to provide direction, leadership, and management to our creative team. The manager will set baseline standards, challenge and nurture the team's skills, and ensure the delivery of exceptional design work. Serving as a bridge between clients and designers, the manager ensures that all design and UX/UI decisions align with the specific needs and goals of our clients. As a hands-on working manager, the ideal candidate will actively contribute to client deliverables while simultaneously providing effective leadership to the design team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the achievement of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the creative team, providing clear direction and feedback on design mockups and concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Operations L10 team.
  • Determine and uphold baseline standards and benchmarks for design quality and innovation.
  • Drive the team's progress to win digital design awards and industry recognition.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, challenging and growing the creative team's skills.
  • Create design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, etc.) that demonstrate concepts to stakeholders and ensure deliverables align with brand and personas.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, guiding the team accordingly.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and preferences, and ensure alignment of client requirements with our design strategies and features.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination within the creative team and other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital industry and design.
  • Strong knowledge of the design industry, specifically in digital marketing and web development.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with previous experience managing teams.
  • Clear communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Alignment with the company's core values of Care, Growth, Grit, Good-Nature, and Clarity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable design strategies.
  • Experience in presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the EOS operating system is a plus.

This position is a full-time position with benefits including health, dental, STD, LTD, Life, 401(k), and paid vacation. This is not a remote position.
