Put your talents to use in a culture of care where you can make the world a better place.This is a management position responsible for the supervision and coordination of quality services and staff of a SNAP® case management team focused on the provision of case management services in the SNAP® BOYS and GIRLS program.
Essential Functions:
- Hire, supervise, discipline, and terminate staff in the SNAP® BOYS and GIRLS program.
- Develop and implement the annual SNAP® work plan; participate in long-term planning.
- Communicate regularly with Florida Network Staff for program consultation and fidelity monitoring.
- Complete SNAP® Facilitator Training and other required trainings.
- Facilitate SNAP® Groups and complete fidelity adherence checklists for weekly groups.
- Coordinate with schools to deliver the SNAP® in Schools curriculum in 13-week cycles.
- Ensure team pre- and de-briefing meetings occur for each SNAP® group session.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the SNAP® BOYS and GIRLS program.
- Ensure all data and videos are entered into NETMIS, JJIS, ASEBA, and Dropbox within three business days.
- Oversee client file accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Work nontraditional hours, including evenings, when Groups are scheduled.
- Supervise volunteer coordination, including the selection, supervision, and evaluation of volunteers.
- Liaise with community agencies, Law Enforcement, Child Welfare, School Boards, and other stakeholders.
- Submit monthly invoices and monitor record-keeping quality and compliance with regulations.
- Direct client data collection, assessments, and reporting to ensure SNAP® services meet outcome measures.
- Coordinate team schedules to ensure client access to case management and other staff.
- Attend weekly calls with Network staff to ensure program fidelity and address any programmatic issues.
- Handle low-level crisis calls and situations, involving chain-of-command as necessary.
- Communicate with agency staff for accurate and timely invoice submission to the Florida Network.
- Provide direct services to the program, children, and families as needed.
- Participate in community groups, meetings, and trainings as directed by leadership.
- Maintain professional certification through continuing education.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural, community, family, and child needs.
- Complete other assigned tasks or special projects.
- Access protected health information when authorized and trained.

Requirements:Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a relevant human service degree required, a Master’s degree is preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: social services, juvenile justice, court-involved youth/families, program management or administration, program monitoring.
Skills:
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are essential. A solid knowledge of the rules of grammar and punctuation are required.
- Basic computer skills that allow for creating Word and Excel documents are required. The ability to upload videos to Dropbox and use Video Conferencing Programs like Zoom is required.
- Must have knowledge of methods of compiling. Must have knowledge of problem solving techniques.
- Must display professionalism in the day-to-day operations of the office, which includes response to feedback, direction, suggestions, accepting responsibility, working as a team player, volunteering when needed, reporting whereabouts, promoting a cohesive working environment. Must also display professionalism in communications and on-going working relationship with outside agencies and organizations.
