Position Title: Construction Coordinator
Position Overview: We are in search of skilled construction coordinators to oversee and facilitate various construction projects. The role involves managing all stages from initial planning and design through to construction and final completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in all facets of power plant maintenance.
- Train and guide team members to perform tasks safely and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies for multiple construction initiatives.
- Ensure that all work is executed to the highest standards.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- A blend of technical training and practical experience will be considered.
Physical and Job Site Requirements:
- Ability to complete necessary hiring documentation electronically.
- May need to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess the physical strength and endurance to perform essential job functions.
- Capability to navigate confined spaces and uneven terrain.
- Full range of motion is required.
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders.
- Must be able to hear and respond to verbal commands and alarms.
- Visual acuity and depth perception necessary for working at heights and on uneven surfaces.
- Safety footwear is mandatory.
