Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced construction coordinators. The role involves overseeing, coordinating, and executing all stages of various construction projects, from initial planning and design through to construction and final completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in all facets of power plant maintenance.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on safe and effective work practices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for multiple construction projects.
- Ensure that all work is performed accurately and meets quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- A combination of relevant technical training and practical experience will be taken into account.
Physical and Job Site Requirements:
- Ability to complete hiring documentation electronically.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Possess the strength and stamina necessary to perform essential job functions.
- Ability to navigate confined spaces and uneven terrain.
- Must have full range of motion appropriate for the role.
- Capability to climb and maintain balance on ladders.
- Ability to hear and respond to verbal commands and alarms from colleagues.
- Visual acuity and depth perception necessary for working at heights and on uneven surfaces.
- Safety footwear is mandatory.
