Join Our Team as a LIHTC Property Operations Specialist

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the efficient management of our properties and uphold our high standards of service.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years LIHTC multi-family property management experience.
- Tax credit and HUD experience required.
- Ability to travel to properties within region.
- Ability to motivate and train a large team on all aspects of their position including leasing, marketing, and collections.
- Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Entrata is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Brookside policies and guidelines to optimize property performance.
- Developing improvement plans for struggling assets and executing them effectively.
- Managing property finances within established budgetary guidelines.
- Achieving occupancy targets through strategic marketing and leasing efforts.
- Ensuring properties meet delinquency standards and operational excellence.
- Conducting regular property inspections to maintain Brookside's quality standards.
- Obtaining necessary approvals for budgeted expenses and overseeing purchase order policies.
- Leading the hiring process for property employees and maintaining a professional team environment.
- Upholding Brookside's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards at all times.
