Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a focus on Continuous Improvement to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in driving process optimization using Lean tools and methodologies. This role will be pivotal in identifying, reducing, and eliminating inefficiencies within our operations, contributing to our growth-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects including but not limited to the G.R.O.W (Get Rid Of Waste) aimed at process improvement and waste reduction, utilizing Lean methodologies.
  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that streamline operations and improve overall organization performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
  • Provide training and mentorship on Lean principles to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Measure and report on project outcomes, demonstrating the impact on efficiency, cost reduction, and overall business performance.
  • Create dynamic visual management including charters, project plans, graphs, presentations for both operational and executive level reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Project Management with a focus on Continuous Improvement and Lean tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent experience.
  • Certification: PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is required.
  • Proven experience in reducing steps, eliminating waste, and improving processes in a growth-oriented environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success leading and/or as a key contributor with Organizational Cost Savings initiatives, resulting in tangible organizational improvements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a skilled trades / construction / residential services growth-oriented organization.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Lean Tools
  • Working understanding of Business Management Systems

Location: Bradenton

Salary: $70k-$80k
